Testimonial - Jeremy White

"Working out at Geaux CrossFit is by far the most effective, efficient and fun way to achieve elite fitness, which is important when you're a 40-something-year-old NCAA football official trying to keep up with 19-year-old scholarship athletes. Lord knows they're not getting any slower."

NO CLASSES TODAY

SATURDAY

Just a reminder to everyone that we will not be open for workouts today.  We will be using the gym to host the Whole 9 seminar.  We encourage everyone to run a 5k and post your time to comments!  Have a great weekend and good luck to all of you who are participating in the Louisiana Marathon this Sunday!

I can’t get to my official times yet, but starting in the back of the pack I finished somewhere around 36-37 mins and Conrad finished his 1.2 in 10:34!! I hate that I missed the Whole9, but the running this morning was worth every minute! Can’t wait to get back next week!!!!!

The Whole 9 seminar was definitely worth the money. It gave me a lot to think about and research before the next paleo challenge.
