SATURDAY
The challenge starts Monday so you will need to do the following things:
1. Register and Start Food Logs
2. Review the challenge packet located in the resource/tool section of the website.
3. Get your Buddy
4. Weigh and measure yourself. Take a snap shot of your body if you want before and after pictures.
5. GO GROCERY SHOPPING. PREPAREDNESS IS KEY!
6. Get mentally prepared to say “NO” a lot. ![]()
Even though it might feel cold outside, you will still sweat and get overheated during the workout. Dress accordingly :D

10 Rounds for Time:
-20 Wall Balls
-200m Run
Partner workout, switch every 20 wall balls/200m run, you cannot move onto the next exercise until your partner has completed their previous exercise.
