TUESDAY
All week long we will be working the snatch ( I’m sure you are full of jokes). It would be a good idea to wear tall socks or pants during skill work so you don’t skin up your shins. The bar should be close to your leg, so scraping shins often happens. Be prepared! You can wear the pants over your shorts and remove them after the skill.
