OK so here is your second chance at a free bottle of fish oil:

Question:  What is the proper diet for pre-workout, post-workout, and the next following meal.  Include the time frame that meals should be consumed and an example of what to eat!

    pre-wo: small amount of protein and fat such as eggs 15-75 minutes before workout
    post-wo: protein and carb-dense vegetable immediately following workout (within 30 min).. chicken and sweet potato
    Have your next meal 90 minutes later. Include protein, vegetables, and some fat… STEAK, broccoli, some brussels sprouts and half an avocado
