A lot of you are eating Paleo but here are a few tips to help with the cravings:
1. Be prepared. You should know what you are eating before you look in the fridge.
2. Every meal should have a protein, fat, and carb source- Will O.- You need more then just Bacon and Coffee lol.
3. Use the Livestrong My Plate tool to get your meals 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs.
4. Eat small meals frequently (3-4 hours apart).

6 AM class is airborne.
