I just checked the nutrition logs and I must say that I am impressed. My only tip for everyone is to try adding protein in with snacks. Making your snacks mini meals will help with feeling satisfied and full. Also, if performance is your goal or if you notice you are losing too much weight, up your calorie intake. Add in some extra fat and protein. Make sure you are drinking half your body weight in ounces of water daily and try to include protein with breakfast as often as possible. Breakfast is the most important meal. It sets the tone for the day! Messing up on breakfast can mess with your hunger mechanisms for the rest of the day…keep that in mind.
