I wanted to thank everyone who came out for The Whole 9 seminar. There was a wealth of information there and I hope everyone took home as much as I did from it. It would also appear that the Louisiana football season is over, so now you can apply what you learned at the seminar without the burden of going tailgating. See you in the gym.
