OK guys it is day 1 of the challenge so you know what that means…start your nutrition logs, eat strict paleo, and work hard in the gym. This is a challenge based off of honesty. If you cheat (your partner might punch you), own up to it, because in the end you won’t have great results and that defeats the entire purpose of the challenge. Eating right is not hard, but having the discipline to continue this lifestyle is. We wish you the best of luck and are here to help you in any way possible.
