DAY 1

MONDAY

OK guys it is day 1 of the challenge so you know what that means…start your nutrition logs, eat strict paleo, and work hard in the gym.  This is a challenge based off of honesty.  If you cheat (your partner might punch you), own up to it, because in the end you won’t have great results and that defeats the entire purpose of the challenge.  Eating right is not hard, but having the discipline to continue this lifestyle is.  We wish you the best of luck and are here to help you in any way possible.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to talk to us.

Work out of the Day
Bench Press 5-5-5

Then

5 Rounds for time:
-15 KB Swings (53/44)
-10 Body Blasters - Sit Up into Box Jump- 20”
-5 Burpees






Getting Prepared

SATURDAY

The challenge starts Monday so you will need to do the following things:
1. Register and Start Food Logs
2. Review the challenge packet located in the resource/tool section of the website.
3. Get your Buddy
4. Weigh and measure yourself.  Take a snap shot of your body if you want before and after pictures.
5. GO GROCERY SHOPPING. PREPAREDNESS IS KEY!
6. Get mentally prepared to say “NO” a lot. smile

Even though it might feel cold outside, you will still sweat and get overheated during the workout.  Dress accordingly :D


Workout of the Day
10 Rounds for Time:
-20 Wall Balls
-200m Run

Partner workout, switch every 20 wall balls/200m run, you cannot move onto the next exercise until your partner has completed their previous exercise.

-35 Double Unders
-1 snatch attempt - Pick your weight.

*At the end of the workout, we will add all of the weight you successfully snatched together and post it along with your time.

No Shave November

WEDNESDAY

For all the dude’s in the gym, I want to do a NO SHAVE November.  So, if your job allows a beard and you don’t have a baby face, throw away your razor.  Ladies are encouraged to join in.

Urban Dictionary defines No Shave November as “The month of November in which you don’t shave any hair of your body but instead you grow more bestial, brutish, and manly. “
