New Policy

We’ve asked several times for members to cancel their reservation if they will not be attending class.  This is becoming a problem for our busiest hours and is short changing others from working out.  We can all agree that it’s not fair.  As of December 1 we will be charging a $2 fee to members accounts who fail to cancel their reservation.  It only takes 2 seconds to cancel, please find the time to do so if you are not going to show. TUESDAY

Our Christmas party will be December 10th at 4PM!  It’s a pot luck so bring your favorite dish.  We will also be playing white elephant so bring a present that is $20 or less.  Any ideas on what dish you will be bringing?  I do recall someone bringing delicious venison wraps to the Thanksgiving party and they were amazing.  The bacon cookies weren’t so bad either!  ::hint hint::

Sleep

SATURDAY

Everyone has been asking me how I sleep.  Well here it is.  I prefer to sleep in a collared shirt with a toga wrapped around.  And standing, always standing.  8-10 hours is my desired amount.

8 Rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest on each exercise.  1 minute rest between each stations.
