Most of you in the gym know Bethany and are familiar with her blog. For those of you who are new in the gym, Bethany has been with us for over 4 months now and has blogged every step of the way. She came to us seeking to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle for herself. Bethany is a great example of what the Paleo diet and CrossFit can do for you.
