Now that we are finally in the paleo challenge, there are a few things I want to remind you about:

5. 6:30 and 7:30 tours at Whole Foods
By the way- In your packet, there is a general outline of vegetables. However, you may come across vegetables that were not listed that you want to try. If so, research before you eat it or ask us and we will do the research for you! For this challenge we are using the honesty policy. If you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. Proud of all of you who are taking on this challenge! Let’s rock this thing.
