The gym will be closed Friday at 6:30 and 7:30
It’s day 1! Everyone needs to figure out their buddy and sign the contract. These should be turned in at the desk. Also, show up wearing something fitted because we will be taking measurements and taking our pictures. Starting today the following rules are in full force:
1. Must fill out nutrition and workout logs daily.
2. Must attend 3-4 workouts a week. The more the better.
3. Must have contract signed and turned in.
4. MUST COMPLETE FITNESS TEST BY THE 3RD.
5. Clear calender for June 3 - tours will be held at 6:30 and 7:30 at Whole Foods Market.
