Getting Started

Our methodology is unlike any other. We implement various tools to help our clients reach their fitness goals, from nutritional advice to certified coaching. Our program is comprised of Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebells, rowing and basic gymnastics movements - constantly varied functional movements at high intensity.

Step 2 - Schedule a FREE introduction. This introduction is by appointment only and is mandatory to enroll into the Geaux CrossFit program. The intro will be with one of our staff members where you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself.

Step 3 - Choose one of our membership options that will give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
