Fight Gone Bad Challenge FINALS will be held Saturday the 18th!  Yeah, it got here a whole lot sooner than you thought, I hope you have been eating right and training consistently.  We will kick things off at 10 AM feel free to bring your friends and family members to cheer you on.  The more the merrier.  It will be held at Geaux CrossFit.  I will post your heats next week.
