Just a heads up this Thursday we will be having our Geaux CrossFit Christmas Party. It will be at 8PM at the gym. Attire should be w/e you want, workout clothes are fine, except Matt B. should be in a suit. We will be doing the White Elephant so if you want to participate bring a wrapped gift. There will also be some water pong going on. Bring w/e food and drinks you want, I will look the other way if it isn’t paleo. Feel free to bring friends and family. You can also attend if you are not a member and have been following the website and want to check out the gym in a more jolly atmosphere.
